Primal Strength Summer Programme is a great way to introduce new and existing students to our strength training methodology. Strength training has been shown to reduce injuries and improve sports performance. Many participants have also shown improved body composition and find Primal a great way to fulfill part of their summer holidays!
The Junior Camp will be running from 10/06/2015 until 23/07/2015, with classes at
8am-9am or 9am-10am.
The Adults Programme, will be running from 10/06/2015 until 23/07/2015, with classes at
9am - 10am or 10am-11am
